Caroline Mardok is an award-winning French American visual artist whose work is centered around exploration of identity, race and activism. 
Her several long documentary projects in New York, mostly in Black and white, thread a narration through portraiture, street photography, and interviews to highlight social actions. 
Out of her body of work, she creates art projects on social issues. In the mural Not Tired Yet, the fight for justice from the Black and Trans women leaders of the 2020 protests in New York. In the photo sculpture park, In Honor of Black Lives Matter, a reflection on 8 panels on the renewed strength of the movement. She has won many awards including Best Street Photographer from the 15th Margaret Cameron Award.

Her work has been acclaimed and featured on many media outlets, including the New York times, CBS and Artnet. 
She has been exhibited and published by ICP, British Journal of Photography, Aperture, 
She works and lives in Brooklyn.
